Potato Bacon Casserole

4 cups shredded hash brown potatoe's (frozen)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
8 oz. bacon cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (12fl.oz) evaporated milk
1 Lg. egg, lightly beaten or 1/4 cup egg substitute
1 1/2 teaspoons season salt

Preheat oven 350* Grease 8 in. sq baking dish

Layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 bacon and half cheese. Repeat layers.
Combine evaporated milk, egg, and season salt in a small bowl.
Pour evenly over potato mixture. cover
Bake for 55 to 60 mins. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 mins. Let stand for 5 to 10 mins. before serving.

I used a 9x13 and double potatoes, bacon, onion and cheese!!! This was a BIG hit with my kids.. ENJOY :)
