Yep, my daughter adopted a "beagle mix", I've never seen a beagle that could stand up and eat out of the kitchen sink. But she's still a lap dog, at least in her mind
it seems you are either a dog lover or a cat person. I love dogs. I tolerate cats. Dogs are loyal. Cats are like a politician, they only come around when they want something.
