Uh No.. Those ARE NOT Jodhpurs. They are stretch riding pants with riding boots. Jodhpurs are tight around the middle and seat, flair to a "flap" on each leg and then lace tightly at the calf . They can be worn with riding boots or riding leggings . The classic WW1 "doughboy" uniform M-1916 and the WW2 German officers dress uniform both feature Jodhpurs. AKA "Breaches" (pronounced britches) ---Ray
